Terms and Conditions


Reservations

  • Reservations can be made using our site, by phone or by email, up to 48 hours before the tour.
  • You can also make the reservation in our street kiosk.
  • The reservation is subject to availability of place, calendar and weather conditions.
  • Some tours are subject to a booking fee of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking.
  • No ATM machine is available at our kiosk.

Reservation completed

  • The reservation is considered complete and confirmed after the final confirmation by the customer and payment made if previously requested by Sabino Boat Tours.

Cancellations

  • In the event of any changes in the climate (winds, waves, tides or any natural phenomenon) that could jeopardize the safety of our customers or the difficult performance of the vessel, the reservation will be canceled or transferred to another possible date.
  • Other reasons of majeure force such as accidents, system failures or reasons that exceed us are also subject to cancellation.
  • In these cases, a full refund will be made if there is any type of payment made previously.

Meeting place and Departures

  • The usual meeting place is at our kiosk located in the downtown of Olhão near the Municipal Markets (red markets), unless previously agreement.
  • The time of the tours requires that the customer arrives 10 minutes before, for the organization of the departure.
  • In the case of delay, we have a tolerance of 15 minutes and then we have to leave not to compromise the other tours.
  • If the customer does not attend, there is no refund if there is any payment made previously.

Licenses and insurance

  • Sabino Boat Tours has the RNAAT registration no. 58/2011 of Turismo de Portugal, I.P.
  • We have all insurance active.
  • All activities have the recognition of Nature Tourism Agency.

Complaints

  • Sabino Boat Tours has a complaints book and reports to ASAE.

Missing cases

  • Cases not mentioned in these terms and conditions should be discussed with the company and subject to the current Portuguese laws.
